The majority of the commercial chocolate bars we buy and consume are full of sugar. But eating dark chocolate, made from cocoa seed, really has lots of health benefits. Said to be among the best sources of antioxidant, a 100 g bar of the dark variety comprises a great amount of fiber, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium and a number of other nutrients. It’s also thought to help improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. However, like any other sweet treat, don’t forget to eat it in moderation!
